  Bedroom 2 is on the first floor, accessed by stairs from the TV/sitting room. It has a double bed with ensuite shower room and a river view.

  Bedroom 3

  Bedroom 3 is on the first floor, accessed by stairs from the reception/dining room. It is primarily a kingsize room but may be configured as two singles if required. Having a river view this room shares the use of an extra bathroom and extra shower room on the same floor.

  Bedroom 4

  Bedroom 4 is on the first floor, accessed by stairs from the reception/dining room and overlooks the front garden. Having a zip-and-link bed, giving the option of a twin room or a super king room, this bedroom shares the use of an extra bathroom and extra shower room on the same floor.

  Bedroom 5

  Bedroom 5 is on the first floor, accessed by stairs from the reception/dining room and with a river view. Having a double bed it shares the use of an extra bathroom and extra shower room on the same floor.

  Bedroom 6 is on the second floor and has a zip-and-link bed, which can be configured as either a super king or two singles; it has an ensuite shower room and river view.
